JOB for STUDENTS - IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST/HELP DESK

In this position, you will be the first point of telephone contact for hotel guests from all around the world (99% of the calls coming from North America) who are requiring Internet Related Technical Assistance. You will assist the guests by diagnosing the situation and providing a resolution to technical and network issues. You will work with the guests on situations that are moderately difficult, which require analytical thinking to resolve.

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of network protocols
  • Proficient in Windows 2000/XP
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Positive, helpful attitude and ability to work with other
